ASFCU will not sell member lists. ASFCU collects information only for legitimate business purposes either directly from the members or from outside sources and provides this information when legally required for credit reporting and fraud prevention.
ASFCU will only share information to third parties that are assisting ASFCU to provide services to its members. The information given is protected as confidential information. It is the intent of ASFCU to abide by all applicable laws and regulations governing the privacy of member information.
